Don't See Your Vision Plan Or Insurance On The Above List?
If your vision plan or insurance is NOT on the above list, please call us - just because you do not see them listed here does not mean we don't accept them! There are new vision plans and insurance programs coming out all the time, and it's hard to keep up with all the changes! Or if you looked in the paperwork for your vision plan or insurance and we were not listed in their "panel" of doctors, please call us! We might have already been added to the panel and it just isn't showing up in their paperwork yet.
When you call us, we'll either tell you "yes" we accept that vision plan or insurance, or we'll call that vision plan or insurance company to "get connected." We'll make sure they add us to their list of authorized providers, and we'll add them to our list of accepted vision plans and insurance.
An Important Note About Vision Plans And Insurance
Please remember that even though we are happy to accept your insurance or vision plan, the insurance company or plan may require referrals or authorizations from your primary care doctor, or from the insurance company. Please be sure to arrange for any required referrals or authorizations before your appointment, and bring that information with you.
