Appointments: How To Make Them, And What To Bring With You
You can call (610) 326-2754 to set an appointment 24/7/365 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days of the year). If you call at a time when the office is closed, you may leave your name and phone number with our answering service, and we will return your call just as soon as the office re-opens. Our normal office hours are 9am to 5pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. On Wednesdays we're open from 1pm to 7pm, and on Saturdays we're open from 8:30am to 1pm.
What To Do In The Event Of Vision Emergencies
Please Note: If you have a serious MEDICAL emergency, call 911.
If you have a VISION or an EYE emergency at any time, night or day, 24/7/365, please call (610) 326-2754 (our regular office number). If the office is closed, an answering service covers the phones for us - so calls to our office will always be answered. If the office is closed, the answering service will ask for your name and phone number, and they will ask for some very basic information about the nature of the emergency. The answering service will then page us and give us the information, and one of our doctors will promptly return your call.
Important: If you are not certain that your situation is an emergency, call anyway. We don't mind telling you not to worry - that way we'll all sleep better. On the other hand, we hate telling a patient after-the-fact that we could have helped them if they had only contacted us sooner.
Our "Contact Us" Form
If you prefer, you can complete our easy-to-use "contact us" form to request an appointment, or ask a question about insurance or a vision plan, or order new contacts, or ask any other question you may have. We'll get back to you as quickly as we can.
